Upon turning on to Phoenix Road your visit to Hunt Valley Golf Club begins.

After a drive along picturesque Highland Ridge Road, step down into the club house through the double glass doors into the Valley View Ballroom.  Your guests will be greeted by our host who may be directing them outside to the wrap-around veranda leading to the outdoor tented terrace or into the Valley View Ballroom. 

The Valley View ballroom has floor to ceiling windows with breath-taking views of the rolling hills, manicured golf course, and the stunning valley.  The ballroom (over 5,000 square feet) is open and airy providing the perfect setting for a large corporate event or truly memorable wedding reception, and with a floating wall, even a small intimate event or small corporate seminar is also a consideration.  The Valley View ballroom also includes a warm cherry dance floor, a beautiful granite topped bar, private bridal suite with a private entrance for the wedding party , free wi-fi, and the use of audio/visual equipment.

The tented outdoor terrace is a beautiful place to start with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while overlooking the golf course.  The dining tables are aglow with the magic of candlelight – taper candles on mirrors, while the dimmed lights and spectacular view provides and ambient glow which embraces each guest.

Dinner is kicked off with a spectacular presentation as your guests enjoy a seated or buffet dinner.  Your guests will enjoy a full bar throughout the evening as well as complete coffee and tea service with regular and decaffeinated coffee, and a selection of herbal teas. Finish your event with one of our many house made desserts.
